YourControl compact

This IO module has 8 digital inputs, 8 digital outputs, 4 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs. The digital outputs are suitable for direct solenoid valves, without having to use auxilary relays. This makes the module very universally applicable. The SCC Compact is an industrial remote IO module. It communicates through an isolated RS-485 with a master and the device houses several features to interface with local sensors, actuators and outputs. It is very easy to expand the available IO on the SCC Compact, simply by adding SCC IO Extenders. The SCC Compact is also very reliable and has proven itself in several different industrial environments for several years. It is very easy to install the SCC Compact because it is fitted with a standard DIN rail mount and detachable heavy duty connectors. The SCC compact can be used in various applications, it is able to communicate with an host over hundreds of meters and is also capable of being part in bigger installations working in sync with multiple SCC Compacts. YourControl extenders

The SCC IO Extenders are industrial IO modules which are developed to work with the SCC Compact remote IO module. The modules are connected through a reliable CAN connection which also powers the internal electronics of each extender module. The extenders can be used to extend the amount of local inputs and outputs, so if there’s need for extra sensor inputs or outputs for signal lights / actuators or valves an extender can be placed to fulfil this need. There are several IO modules available: Analogue output extender -> extender module which has 8x analogue (voltage) outputs 0-10V. Analogue input extender -> extender module with 8x analogue inputs. Each independent analogue input can be switched to either voltage or current input. Digital input extender -> extender module with 8 digital inputs. Digital output extender -> extender module with 8 digital outputs, each output can switch a resistive/capacitive/inductive load with a maximum of 2.4A. Each extender has its own selectable address which is easily configurable with switches. Adding a IO extender to the installation is simple, just mount the extender on a standard DIN rail and interconnect each extender with the supplied RJ45 patch cable. The modules are very narrow (22.5mm wide) so it can be easily placed in an existing setup. Features:
